Droplets on the side

I saw the most retarded thing on TV this morning. "Lose pounds by breathing." The concept is that you teach yourself how to breathe deeply, "aerobic breathing" they said, and the pounds just "melt away" Come on

Colleen and Mike were supposed to have arrived late last night. I am so happy they will be here for a while. Colleen will return in March until Mike is finished with his deployment in October. Yipee!

blissfully yours, brittly
